Essential Microgreens - Rogers, AR

Fresh microgreens growing densely in a tray or container, showing how easy it is to grow nutritious microgreens at home.

“I developed Shake-N-Sprout because I’ve come across many people that THINK they can’t grow their own Microgreens!”

After producing thousands of containers of microgreens, I learned many people love the idea of growing their own microgreens , but don’t know where to start—or doubt they have a “green thumb’.

That’s why I created the Shake-N-Sprout microgreens growing system.

I’m sharing what I’ve learned from a few select pro growers and from personally growing hundreds and hundreds of trays myself, so you can skip the trial and error and see how easy it can be to grow your own.

You don’t need land or a greenhouse or a big space. With 2 containers, store bought organic potting soil, a spray bottle, and a sunny windowsill or small grow light, you have what you need to get started.

Plus, when you harvest your Shake-N-Sprout microgreens, there’s a special kind of satisfaction and joy that comes from looking at them and thinking, “Wow, I grew this. This is incredible.” I still get that feeling myself, and that’s the feeling I want you to experience with Shake & Sprout.

You're not just growing microgreens.. You're growing pride and joy!

I’ll personally show you how to grow the finest microgreens you can imagine!

Our eco-friendly, easy to handle paper shaker tube allows for precise control of seeds.
